Chapter 14
Why do you think Joey's mom became uncomfortable when the Doctor said he wanted to talk about their "Family conditions"?

The doctor thought Joey was messed up because of there family.Braden Fiveash
because joey had all of the band aids on his stomach so he was consernd that he had them on and thought that he might have been abused so the doctor ask about his social life and family life or his mom being mad because he is wired wrong
Joey got some patches from the doctor that would help his attention problem and joey was really happy joeys mom let joey get a dog that was half dachshund and half chihuahua and joey felt like he and his new dog were meant to be together.
She probably felt like he was thinking it was her fault and she was nervous about being confronted. Alot of his childhood problems were the bad conditions he lived in and felt like no one cared or loved him. Nicholas Frank
